• INITIAL SETUP
  • Airbnb site set up.
  • We set the entire home up and will assemble furniture as needed.
  • We install a keyless entry in the initial setup, and security cameras on site if needed.
  • Photography of the home inside and out to get the best online visual for guests.
• CUSTOMER CARE
  • Complete guest care 24/7
  • We screen each client and check ID, background, and past reviews before allowing them to book.
  • We provide information for local attractions, transportation, restaurants, nightlife and anything guests may need help with.
  • We provide pamphlets and maps of local hiking and info for the Olympic National
• CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
  • In-house cleaning after each guest departs
    • a welcome guidebook is included in the set-up fee along with signage for the house and a personal inventory checklist for your home, for me and for our cleaning teams to inspect each time a turnover happens.
  • We provide a linen and towel service and laundering of the linens. *
  • Shopping and restocking for your home for the amenities you would like to provide.
  • We provide lawn maintenance included in the management fee (Depending on the size of the yard and landscaping)
  • We provide trash service. if trash service is not available in your area or if there are multiple bookings before your site’s scheduled trash pick-up, we will haul it away to our dumpster.
  • We are licensed as General contractors and can handle anything that may come up and we are licensed to subcontract out, so you don’t have to worry about scheduling and meeting any contractors.
    • We do in-house maintenance and repair anything that may be damaged by guests.
    • We have quick access to plumbers and electricians if something should happen
  • We provide hot tub maintenance. Draining, filling, sanitizing, and having a local hot tub electrician on call if anything happens.
